Hey men, watch out, its time for one of those pregnant moans!! and not the panting kind! Being pregnant isn't easy, its a time where you should pay extra attention to your loved one, shower her with compliments, listen and cope with her tantrums (its just the hormones) and give her lots of loving and compliments. Now when you are pregnant with your first your partner may be alittle more aware of the changes your body goes through, your mood swings, your ups and downs, but when it gets to your third there is no reason to ignore them!!! You still need the same attention, excitement and compliments. Even more so because I am now put third in the que and bump has dropped to 4th.
It must be hard for partners too because how should they react, they can't feel it kicking, doing flip flops, they don't feel the terrible stitches, the heart burn the sudden pang of saddness for no reason at all, sudden tears when reading an article in a news paper or even watching the news. It is really the most oddest feeling I have ever experienced and I honestly believe it is down to hormones because I have tried explaining how I feel to Clinton and I think he just thinks I am nuts and blames it on being a woman. I have also explained it to girl friends who haven't had kids and they also think I am nuts. Maybe it is me and I am nuts!. The worst of all is when people generally do care and want to help and there is really nothing anyone can do apart from just listen or let you cry....how sad does that sound and how pathetic!! but it is true.
By the second or third pregnancy imagine how hard it is for a partner to get excited for you that bump is moving in a certain way or for them to again listen to those moans of not feeling right but not being able to put your finger on what is the matter. The only advise I have out there for those partners is to PLEASE just listen and communicate. Let us know how you feel and tell us that we are still special, beautiful..... dont just be quite and pretend it isn't happening to you, that really doesn't help!. Enough moaning for now, lunch is nearly over!

Ooh, well I hope you're OK at home now. I have a sort of idea of what you're going through as I have witnessed the madness with other friends, plus I also witnessed your previous madness ;-) Very good advice for the men though. Hopefully they'll listen...
